What is your return policy for change of mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles, diffusers, or body care items.
Are Glasshouse Fragrances products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. Our products are not tested on animals, and the majority of our range is vegan-friendly, containing no animal-derived ingredients.
How do I get the best burn out of my Glasshouse Fragrances candle?
To ensure an even burn, always trim your wicks to 7mm before lighting and allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass on every burn to prevent tunneling.
